Gold Service Action Plan - Home Seller

The action plan that follows is a detailed, day-by-day plan that will go into effect when we list your home and place it on the market. Together we will put together a marketing plan tailored to meet your specific needs. We then will enact that plan and guarantee that we will follow through and perform as outlined. As our Performance Warranty Agreement indicates, if we fail to perform as promised, you have the right to note our marketing deficiencies and fire us if we fail to correct our performance.
